on or around December 5th 2014, we will be changing the Telstra Mobile operating platform to which TeleChoice Mobile customers are added. The New Platform will provide us with a range of functionality that our customers (Those who sell TeleChoice Mobile and Those who use TeleChoice Mobile) desire. These include:
- Real Time Voice and Data Alerts.
- The ability to cap the monthly spend of the service in real time.
- Data bolt ons.
- The customer option to purchase additional data through the billing period.
This is an exciting project for both our customers and our retail partners.
At the launch of the new platform, our rate plans will change. The existing fleet of plans will be removed and we will deliver a new suite of plans to market. We will maintain our philosophy of deliver market leading plans on a network that works in more places. We look forward to sharing these new rate plans with you closer to launch.
Operationally, we will have a new range of sim cards from the date of launch. Old Sim Cards will NOT work on the new platform.
We will swap out your old TeleChoice sim cards with new TeleChoice sim cards throughout the December period - a process will be communicated to you to support this activity.
As you order TeleChoice sim cards prior to the launch of the new platform, do so with this information in mind.
