3周前我申请了这个卡,接了3个电话,3个邮件,3-4个短信之后,就没有下文了。
然后今天收到这样一份邮件,这个是什么情况啊,我在邮件里反正没看到STATEMENT.

Each month you'll receive your applicable statements by email, as a secure PDF attachment. If we're unable to deliver your eStatement you'll receive an SMS to your mobile number ending in 000. If the digits shown here are incorrect or no digits are displayed, please update your contact details by signing on to Citibank Online. For more information on eStatements, how to setup an alternative email address or reset your eStatement password, visit citibank.com.au/estatements.
