Can I return the products that I ordered?
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery, provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.
If you are returning the goods due to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery from lancome.com.au, we will refund you the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and fund the delivery costs for the return carriage.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We will not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

If you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction after using Lancome products, please seek medical advice as appropriate and contact us immediately by email at LUXEProductsAdvisory@au.loreal.com or calling 1300 651 991, so that we can determine the nature of the problem.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. You must provide your sales receipt and/or invoice with your return.
Please note that (unless the goods are defective) we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or which are not in a reusable or re-sellable condition. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at lancome.com.au. We are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location. Lancôme products purchased from any other location should be returned to their original point of purchase.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. |
