Hi All
It seems that many of us are having similar problems but are being prevented by the builder by controlling use of this site to communicate with each other.
Let us meet in the car park on this Saturday 25th Jan morning around 9 am to go through some of these issues and then you can communicate with as many as possible. This way we will not have to wait for the AGM which is on 12th FEB.
There are deferent defects liability periods
After 1st 90 day period most internal defective things such as cracks chips in paint doors light switches not working smoothly
will be treated as Wear and Tear ,
I had the builder repaint the balcony, fix a new lock, fill in all joints
Fix light switches. There are some more items I am still waiting on.
After 90 day example
Most items such as lifts, exhaust system, pumps etc generally are under 1 year warranty and service agreement for but if an item is defective, supplier builder will keep t off or will cover it by sending technician multiple times and after that period is finished we are stuck with bill to repair beyond warranty period, this needs to be monitored carefully
And then the other periods start that deal with other matters mainly structural and infrastructure design defect and equipment etc.
but nothing much regarding what affects you the most such internal stuff.
We will go through these issues and anything else you guys have noticed one by one
