We consultants research products of  over 40 lenders.  Our research process takes into account of pricing, credit  policy of each lender and the likelihood of the transaction being obtained  within the time frame as required.  


What are we looking for

This full-time role is to assist the broker in liaising with clients and  lenders.  It involves achieving an agreed objectives in a team environment and  to convert finance opportunities from internal and external sources within the  Addsum group of business in a professional, efficient manner.

We are looking  for a dedicated and highly motivated Relationship Officer, with a track record  of success in processing and advising on mortgage finance applications.

The  successful candidate will posses at least 1-2 years experience in a finance  brokerage environment or 2-3 years experience in a Sales / Lending /  Relationship Management role within a financial or accounting service provider.  You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills as well as  proven negotiation skills.

Key requirements for this role are as  follows:
•       A strong customer relationship focus with a  proven record of converting finance opportunities.
•       Understanding of lending and financial product
•       Sound understanding of CRM and processes
•       Graduated from business and accounting discipline
•       Solution and result driven
•       Time management and  organisational skills
•       Ability to work autonomously and  under pressure
•       Strong attention to details and  administrative skills
