小白请大家帮解答143问题

很想给父母办143 问题时有个23周岁的弟弟 其实主要也是为了让弟弟过来 问题是 同时交三个人的钱真是拿不出来 肯定很有压力 如果只给爸爸办 妈妈的不办 弟弟可以跟爸爸一起过来吗？

只有未成年子女可以一起申请吧。。。都23岁了。。。。他想过来只能自己移民了似乎。

23岁的子女不能和父母一起申请。唯一的机会是父母移民以后申请家庭最后一个成员团聚。好像只有排队一种。没有付款的。

最后成员移民要排队最少16年。

而且在等待期里，你弟弟不能有结婚或者同居关系。。不然他就不是最后一名家庭成员了。

我好像听说过只要是25周岁以下的还在全日制上学的是可以一起申请过来的呢 这个真是说什么的都有 谢谢你

A child 18 years or over will not be considered dependent unless you can show that they
are wholly or substantially reliant on you for financial support for their basic needs of
food, shelter and clothing. You must also show that you have provided that support for a
substantial period and that the child is more reliant on you than on any other person or
source. Unless you can provide evidence of this, they should apply separately.
