We are an international company in St Leonard, looking for someone with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail with a view to staying in the company long term. Must be punctual, reliable and have the flexibility to help run accounts and other general office duties. Great organisational skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are crucial to this role
This is a full time paid internship job with view to become permanent, and is ideal for an individual looking for an opportunity to master their accounting skills in a commercial environment in a mentored approach and with "no fear" approach.

To be considered, you must have:
• IELTS Average 7.0 or above with speaking component 7.50
Other Requirement:
• Bachelor of Accounting/Finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including vlookup & pivot table.
• Strong work ethic
• Some flexibility with hours.
Your Duties will include:
• Accounts receivable/Accounts payable - including debtor's reports, processing payments, entering sales and generating customer invoices; creditor's reports, processing supplier payments, obtaining relevant approval and processing.
• Journal processing and assisting in month end reporting.
• Ad hoc projects (Consolidation, Foreign Currency Transactions etc)
• Answering phones and customer service
• Ad hoc general administration duties
• Mail and banking run
• Strong organisational, verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a team
• To take initiative and responsibility in areas of work
• Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
