Just bought a laptop and tried to partition the Hard Drive. I got a warning message at last step immediately before the FINAl, " ... can't install operating program in the selected drive(s) if click FINAL ...".

Is there any IT expert can help me by explaining what impact it would be if I complete the final step to create a new virtual drive?
