多大的孩子可以做在副驾驶的位置

多大的孩子可以做在副驾驶的位置，有的车上写着12岁以下不可以做在副驾驶的位置，因为安全气囊打开会伤害到小孩子。
那要是4门车的话，比如X6后面就2个座位，那3个孩子怎么办？比较大的孩子可以做副驾驶吗？这个大的孩子必须多大啊？
还有就是要是车就有两个座位的话，副驾驶位置的孩子的最小年龄是多少，可以放儿童座椅吗？

就是个比方，我的X6 是5座位的，朋友的是4个座位的。
那孩子7岁就可以做副驾驶了吗？需要儿童安全座椅不？

我的理解是，7岁以下可以坐副驾，如果后面的位置被比这个孩子小的孩子给占用了，坐副驾好像也要座椅。

7岁以下是不可以带孩子没有后座的车子。

7岁以上by law是可以做副驾的，但不建议。13岁以下尽量坐后面。

新州规定，<7岁的孩子要booster，而booster好像不能装副座。

新州我电邮问过，当时我四个孩子，老大四岁半，回复是如果后座三个位置由更小的小朋友坐了，可以坐副驾位置。但我家没这么操作过，后排三个座椅实在不好放。

实际操作是身高超过1.45(这个是安全带的设计)
所以,很多7岁孩子如果身高超过1.45m,坐副驾没问题
还有一个实际操作就是楼上写的,后排坐满更小的孩子的情况下,最大的那个可以坐副驾

所以，在孩子没有到1.45前，继续坐booster seat

说实话，我不太相信会有这个身高要求，因为很多成年人的身高就不足1.45米。

我看了RTA 的HANDBOOK ，找不着这个1.45米。也没有发现12岁这个字眼，只有7岁的限制。
但是很多车上的副驾驶的遮阳板上会写上12岁以下的孩子不能做，因为安全气囊打开会伤到孩子。
其实我也一直认为现在大家的孩子营养好，长的高，很多时候不是根据年龄来和身高对比的，所以我觉得这些要求只能是大众化

    Children under the age of four must be seated in the rear of the vehicle (where the vehicle has two or more rows of seats).
    Children from the age of four to seven years are permitted to sit in the front of the vehicle, but only if all rear seats are already occupied by children up to the same age (where the vehicle has two or more rows of seats).

In a vehicle with only one row of seats it is allowable for children to travel in this row providing they are correctly restrained in a size appropriate, approved child restraint. The restraint must be fitted to the manufacturer's instructions; including attaching the upper tether to an anchorage point (excludes restraints such as foam boosters that do not feature an upper tether).

At what age can a child travel in the front seat?
If a vehicle has two or more rows of seats, children aged under 4 years must not travel in the front seat.

If all rear seats are being used by children under 7 years of age, children aged 4 years to under 7 years may travel in the front seat, provided they travel in a booster seat. In this situation, you will need to use a booster seat that is manufactured without a top tether strap.

The Victorian road rules allow a child aged 7 years and over to travel in the front seat, however research shows that children under 12 years of aged are at a greater risk of serious injury when travelling in the front seat.

If there are two child restraints or booster seats in the rear row and there is not enough space to put a third restraint in the rear row then a passenger aged 4 years to under 7 years can travel in a booster seat in the front seat. In this situation, you will need to use a booster seat that is manufactured without a top tether strap.

For information about vehicles with only one row of seats (for example, a ute) refer to the FAQ titled ‘Can a restraint go in the front seat of a van or utility that has only one row of seats?’

Is it ok for my child to travel without a booster seat from 7 years of age?
The road rules require a passenger aged 7 years to under 16 years to travel in a ‘suitable approved booster seat’ or ‘a suitable seatbelt’. An adult lap-sash seatbelt is suitable for people with a minimum height of about 145 cm. A child should continue using a booster seat until they have outgrown it.

Children who are not yet tall enough to use a seatbelt tend to slump into the vehicle seat to allow their legs to bend at the seat edge. This means the lap part of the seatbelt is positioned too high on their stomach and they are at risk of injury in a crash.

那如果成人不足145怎么办？

过去我有个同事就不够，每次她也是系安全带，而没有要求儿童座椅啊。

还有一个给我们服务的会计师也肯定不够，她每次来我们这里都是乘出租车来的，貌似也没用儿童座椅。

中国南方、香港、东南亚一带，这种身高的人绝对不是小数字。

老三老四小宝宝时期开过两台车一起出门，各种麻烦，停车找位置都是分开，老公给我找好一个车位再去停好车回来找我，连对讲机都带在车上。实在受不了这么麻烦就买了个八座车。
