The ice-cream shop located at busy Joondalup centre is looking for a full-time or part-time assistant manager. The right candidate will be potentially promoted to manager position depending on the work experience.
The right candidate requires the immediate start with the following skills and experience:
* Exceptional customer services and leadership skills
* Super efficient in leading a team and management of rosters
* Stock management
* Experience in role of cashier and bank reconciliations
* Financial knowledge e.g. payslips, P&L etc. is essential
* Flexible in hours (weekend roster might be required)
* Can-do attitute
* Previous experience in Hospitality is essencial
* Mandrin speaking is preferred but not essential
