About the Role
There is currently a vacancy for a confident and self motivated candidate to join the Customer Service Team which focuses on clientele from Asia.
Duties
Processing reservations
Processing payments
Ensuring all documents are completed accurately
Assisting in the preparation of newsletters
Attending information sessions
Assisting members with general enquiries
Various other duties as requested
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre based role
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent phone manner and strong sense of confidence
Both Written and Verbal English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Ability to work under pressure within a small team environment
Ability to learn new systems quickly
