独生子女，只有妈妈一个在国内能办最后成员么？

如题，爸爸已过世，不知道这种情况能给我妈妈办理最后成员么？

妈妈的话，不如直接办父母移民了。还快，最后成员要等很久的

好像不行吧。家庭最后成员好像不包括父母，是给那些什么兄弟姐妹的。
具体的你自己上移民局网站看看呗，我记得是这样的。
而且最后成员的审理时间也很长。

最后成员签证你妈妈申请不了，因为她总还有亲兄弟姐妹在中国吧，这样不能算最后家庭成员，只能申请付费父母移民。。。。

如果你父母都没有兄弟姐妹或者祖辈在世的话，应该可以办吧。

年迈依亲现在也很难，要证明你是主要的经济支持，要有汇款证明之类的证据，同时还要有在感情上的依赖性才行，这个不知要怎么证明。总之这个很难弄。

我本来还以为最后成员会快呢。好吧，老老实实申请父母移民好了。多谢各位。

我家也有同样情况，所以前几天刚刚咨询过移民中介。回答说可已按老年依亲申请，但要求比较多，例如要证明过去2年（记不清到底几年了）在财政上依靠在澳子女，且自己没有收入来源。关键是这个名额最近缩紧，不知道排队要排多久。

为什么不办父母移民？若是付费的父母移民，基本上15个月就办成了。

Aged Dependent Relative Visa (Onshore) (Subclass 838)/ Aged Dependent Relative (Subclass 114)

Who is this visa for?
This visa is for people who are:
•aged (age requirements apply)
•financially dependent on a relative in Australia for a reasonable period of time
•single, having never married or entered into a de facto relationship, or are widowed, divorced or formally separated from their partner.

Family members of the aged dependent relative may also be included in the application if they meet certain requirements.


Relationship status
You must demonstrate that you do not have a partner. To establish your current relationship status, you should provide official documents such as the death certificate of your previous partner, divorce certificate, or family status certificates or family books (if these documents are officially issued and maintained).

Relative in Australia
You must have a relative in Australia who is settled in Australia as one of the following:
•an Australian citizen
•an Australian permanent resident
•an eligible New Zealand citizen.

Eligible sponsor
You must be sponsored by an eligible sponsor. Your sponsor will be your relative in Australia.

Dependency
You must demonstrate that you have been wholly or substantially dependent on your relative in Australia for financial support for your basic needs of food, shelter and clothing or because you have a disability which prevents you from working. This support must have been continuing for at least three (3) years.

Assurance of Support
You must have a commitment by a person prepared to provide them with an Assurance of Support.

Other Family Visa Queue

The Other Family category of visas includes Carer, Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative visas.

The Australian Government has reduced the number of places available under the Other Family category from 1285 in the 2012-13 financial year to 585 in the 2013-14 financial year.

Most of the 585 Other Family visa places will be allocated to the Carer visa category with fewer places allocated to the Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative visa categories. This reflects the priority that is given to the Carer visa by the Australian Government.


Queuing information
Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative visa applicants

Applications for Remaining Relative or Aged Dependent Relative visas with a queue date up to 30 June 2011 have been released from the queue. These applications will be considered for final processing as a place in the Migration Program becomes available.

Once the cap is reached for the visa places that are available in the current year, applications that have been queued and released for final processing, but not yet finalised, will be considered for a place in a subsequent year.

It is currently estimated that lodged Remaining Relative and Aged Dependent Relative visa applications, that have not yet been assessed, are likely to take up to 16 years to be released for final processing (calculated from 1 July 2013).

妈妈多大年纪？ 65＋？（born 1 January 1949 and later), Minimum Age 移民网站查.


可以申请老年依亲移民(条件限制). 如果可以申请 BU838 (Onshore), (境内)等待期间有Medicare. (相当于拿到付费移民签证)

一般中国父／母有工作， 有退休金，很难满足过去３年完全依靠在澳子女提供最基本生活，即 "You must demonstrate that you have been wholly or substantially dependent on your relative in Australia for financial support for your basic needs of food, shelter and clothing or because you have a disability which prevents you from working. 最后成员是怎么样的？如果有兄弟在国内，父母不在，还有一个外婆在，可以办吗？要等多久？他的配偶也能办吗？

为了你的母亲，花点钱不应该吗？她含辛茹苦将你抚养大又送你出国，她在你身上花的钱是多少个4、5万澳元了？

难道现在不是你回报她的时候吗？难道你忍心看着你母亲一个人孤孤单单地继续生活八年乃至更长时间吗？

不用激动，大家就是研究一下有没有既省钱又快的方法，是想把从政府那省下的钱更多的用在父、母家人身上，如果没有当然还是要走付费的。

现在只要付费一个人的再怎么凑也应该拿出这钱了，不过话说回来了每个家庭情况不同，或许有些特别在乎钱，或许有些觉得亲情比钱更珍贵 fandiandizhi 我们也就提供个人观点而已，你说是吧
