Police at knox, in Melbourbe's easr, have appealed for the family of ab elderly Asian woman to come forward, The lady was found in Coleman road, Wantima South, at 3pm. Police spokeswoman Cassy Stone said she seemed to be suffering from dementia. "We believe her name is Ra Ying and that she is from Nan Ning, China. and that she may possibly live with her children and that her husband is deceased." Ms Stone said.
