One fully furnished bedroom in a beautiful big house in Carlingford is available for rent now. House located in a quiet street with decent neighbours.

Short stroll to the shopping centre (carlingford court, carlingford village, etc), gym, restaurant, bus stops, train station & all other facilities. Train goes to UWS parramatta sounth campus directly. Direct bus to Epping, Macquarie University/shopping centre, & Parramatta.

We are a friendly young professional couple & looking for someone neat and tidy. Rent is $150 including bills and unlimited internet. Please contact me ASAP for inspection.
