it's so bad that there is nothing much to offset against taxable income!

anybody has good ideas?

maybe it's time to buy a property, so less cash income which will be charged by ato

40%tax bracket? Consider negative gearing, maybe. Doesn't have to be property can be shares or investment funds.

good point mate! but property takes time, shares - not good enough to take geared position
funds - not enough return.

but property could be the most feasible one

where do you reckon is suitable for people livein city... 2 bedder +
