Have you tried stretching the piriformis out?
I've been to the physiotherapy in the pasth 6 months without any improvement. I also had twic piriformis injection guided under CT or outrasound, and the injection only worked for me less than 12 hours, Surgery is my last resort now. It seems not many surgeons have experience with such operation, that's what I'm concerned much. I am trying to find out a best surgeon in this area. I appreciate if anyone knows can share the information with me. I'm in Sydney btw. Thanks |
