"salaries negociable base on experience"

how could i negociate and on what details could be discussed(AL, base salary)? I think the AL and super are fixed by law.
or i just basically agree with the contract and expect an increase in my salary if i have excellent performance in the furture?

everyone is welcomed to discuss !
