面试问题

在经历了投递无数个投简历后,终于得到了一次面试机会.今天下午去了中介那儿,聊得比较愉快.她立马就让我明天雇主面试. 她给了我好多问题去准备. 真有点措手不及. 不知同学们能一起帮着解答一些疑难问题吗?

    1. Why did you leave your last job? (Or why are you thinking about leaving your current job?)
·   2. Tell me about a time when… (Fill in with situations relevant to the position. For instance: Tell me about when you had to take initiative … you had to deal with a difficult customer … you had to respond to a crisis … you had to give difficult feedback to an employee ….)
·   3. Can you tell me a time when you have dealt with a difficult person?
·   4. If you have competing deadlines, how do you prioritise?
·    5. What questions do you have for me?

Anyone have experience in answering questions above?
