询问一下关于NAB的贷款的条款

前阵子买了房子，在NAB申请了贷款。昨天贷款下来了。是NAB Choice Package
在Periodical fee中，有一条款项说  “The Package fee continues to be payable if this contract terminates or expires before termination of the package".   
请问各位达人，这个是什么意思？？难道提早付清了贷款以后，每年还要继续付Package Fee 么？？因为我们申请的是30年的贷款，难道要付30年？？
