求助 MYOB v2011

最近公司新买了myob 新操作系统accountright plus v 2011, 代替之前的 plus v19, 安装成功后， 想把之前在plus v19下的company file transfer到新的 plus v2011下面
可是等我试图用新的v2011系统打开旧的file时，发现屏幕显示的系统变成 aacountright standard 了，poyroll function 在command centre 也不见了，整个变成standard 版本了，
不明白怎么回事，高人大师们出来救命啊，要用新version做payroll 哦， 怎么班那。。

..if there is no payroll section, it sounds like u installed the wrong version...~.~  Did u install from the CD they sent?

try to contact MYOB for replacement cd or just simply download the latest with service pack online...they screw up all the time.

有没有可能是最开始设置的软件默认设置是 aacountright standard ，而不是plus的。

but I tried to create a new company file under version 2011, it seems like all right, because it has payroll functions and  from top left hand side of tool bar ,it also shows "AccountRight Plus".  only happens when i try to use new version to open original company file transfered from v19

er that is strange,.

Do u still have old plus 19 in your computer? If you does, open ur old file as per normal,  go into "setup" Menu ------- "company info",  check what is the Serial Number showing in your file.   Compare it to the original Serial Number u purchased with your accountright plus 19, see if it is the same or not

If it is the same SN ------- No idea, contact their support

If it is not the same SN ----- still need to contact their support, find out whose SN it is(Might be standard's SN , so that 2011 checked with server then open the file as standard, or it might be ur accountant/Bookkeeper 's SN).

And u will most likely be asked to get a Serial Number Removal which will cost some $$........Try talk to some Team Leader and ask them to waive the cost :)

恩，可是以前一直显示都是plus，而且按装新的软件的时候就是plus的，不懂了

did you also upgrade your company file to existing version apart from upgraded the myob itself.


Open MYOB AccountRight Standard or Plus 2011.

In the Welcome window that appears, click Upgrade a company file.

The Upgrade Assistant opens. Click Continue.


Click Browse and locate the company file you want to upgrade.

Select it and then click Open.

If a Administrator password was used to protect the company file you’ve selected, type the password in the Password field.

yes , that's what i did, I did upgrade the company file to existing version otherwise i even could not open that company file from plus 2011.....

did u install myob on more than one computer? if yes try clean install new myob on each pcs again

most likely u need to send ur old file to myob to repair as diff version of myob
