Personal Banker Business - Ashfield - SYD18938

They are at the heart of relationships with our branch customers. Personal Bankers retain and deepen customer relationships through understanding our customers, providing professional financial advice and taking ownership for seamless service.
Your role includes:
•Drawing upon your banking sales and service experience to recommend products to our highly valued customers
•Engaging with our customers and utilising your product knowledge to directly assist customer with business accounts, merchant services, superannuation and insurance
•You will build strong relationships with existing customers following a disciplined approach to proactively calling customers, reviewing and analysing trends in the local market and develop strategies to target the right custoemr
•Identifying customer needs and refer more complex matters to specific product specialists to ensure that our customers always receive a superior service
•Partnering with the Local Business Banker
•Coaching others, sharing your ideas and providing feedback
This is a great opportunity to build on your previous banking experience and extend your knowledge in a sales role. This role provides a longer term pathway to a business banking career. Westpac will provide you with a structured training program when you begin, and then ongoing product and sales training to guide you. You'll have the opportunity to develop and progress your career within our branch network.
