Loan Officer/ Administrator
-location: Box Hill, VIC
-full-time role and must be team player
-immediate start for right person
Samloans currently has a vacancy for loan officer/Administrator who would like to begin a career with this expanding loan lending company.
Within this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative assistance to banks to allow lending decision to be made effectively and in a timely manner.
The core responsibilities will involve processing of mortgage applications, coordinating the documentation for each mortgage file, ordering valuations, liaising with brokers, mobile lenders and solicitors, following up each application submitted with financial institutions, to ensure all required documentation has been received and delivered within the time limits. Other responsibilities would be associated with processing of each loan application and/or generating from client correspondence.
To be successful for this role, you need to demonstrate:
-be swift and adaptive in a high-demanding work environment,
-can deliver pleasant customer services under pressure,
-ability to manage multiple files in processing
-excellent communication skills with customers, brokers and bank officers
-Administration skills and/or knowledge is essential, preferably having NATTI III certificate (Mandarin to English),
-Proficiently facilitation of all Microsoft packages and computer skills
-Previous experience in Mortgage lending, administration and computer knowledge are highly regarded, however the knowledge in accounting and/or finance not essential
