General Permit Conditions
Permits must only be used by the applicant, who retains responsibility for the permit and its proper use at all times. If a permit is being used by anyone other than the applicant a University Campus Security Officer may confiscate the permit.
Permits are valid until the end of the calendar year unless specifically marked otherwise. Payments are made for the full quarterly periods between application and year-end. Permit holders can apply for a pro rata refund (less admin fees) if the permit is returned prior to expiry. If the permit is not required for the full year, it should be returned to the Traffic Office when requesting a refund. |
