昨天在Seek上刚递了一个申请，过了5分钟中介就打电话来，问了一些基本情况，然后要我把以前做的工作写个具体的报告给他，我怕是套简历的，就发Email问了他那个公司的地址和网址，今天他给我回了信，给了个网址，但是地址没写具体，然后还给了一个Authorisation，I hereby appoint XXX with their CONSULTANTS

as my sole agency to negotiate with the above-mentioned company regarding the

above position or any other position at the company for which I am suitable;

for a term of one hundred and eighty days hereafter. I state and acknowledge

that I have not approached the above-mentioned company directly or through

any other agency.
这个中介靠谱吗？
