父母排队移民转付费移民的话，还要等多久？跟已排队时间有多大关系？

先说说我道听途说知道的信息：
1.排队移民起码要等十年，如果政策变化，随时增加到等20年。
2.付费移民一般两年可以完成。成本差不多5万一个人。

那么，如果先给父母排着队，过两三年转付费的话，在付费的队里怎么个排法呢？排到最后，还是可以根据排以前队移民申请的时间插个队，插队的话，是怎么个插法？大概能节省多少时间呢？

这么考虑的主要原因是现在觉得没有那么多钱付费移民，父母年纪还不太大，可以等等，可是万一以后出现什么情况又或者突然富裕了，想要加快进度，转付费的话究竟能多快？如果还是要等两年的话，真要考虑下是不是现在就咬咬牙跺跺脚直接走付费这条路了。

请了解政策的TX 来说说。

Parent category queue

Based on current planning levels, parent category visa applicants can expect an approximate 15 year wait before visa grant consideration after being allocated a queue date.

Contributory parent category queue

In 2007–08, demand for the contributory parent visa category meant that a queue formed for the first time.

In the 2011–12 Migration Program year, 6500 contributory parent category visa places are available for applicants applying from in and outside Australia.

Based on current planning levels new contributory parent category visa applicants can expect to wait up to 12 months before visa grant consideration.

Applicants for contributory parent category visas should note that processing times can vary. It is important that applicants ensure they have funds available for the second visa application charge at all times in the application process, as payment may be required at an earlier date than was originally anticipated at the time of visa application lodgement.
虽然移民局网上说父母移民最起码15年，自费最起码1年，其实想楼上所说的，一般20年普通类，自费18个月。排队移民局有个工具https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/qcalc/QDateCalc.do

我是随便打了日子，也就到11/10/2011,为止，前面有30,2011-2012,按移民局提到的6500个名额，没有必要先排普通的。如果打算10年之内搞，因为自费一直再涨，然后澳币这么高，更加使现在这类移民慢慢冷门了，刚开始的时候，今年的配额1/3被去年占了。不过一般按现在审批速度，是要1年半。
