Complete new Forms 47PA and Form 40 and post them to the PVC with a new First Visa Instalment of AUD$1,995.00.
The First Visa Instalment can be waived only if the visa application for subclass 103 was lodged before 27 June 2003. If the visa application for subclass 103 was submitted after 27 June 2003, then, the payment of a new First Visa Instalment of AUD$1,1995.00 is mandatory.
At this stage, you don't need to provide other documents, rather than Forms 47PA and 40. New documents will only be requested if the validity of the previously submitted documents has expired.
As this is an offshore application, the visa can only be granted when the applicant is overseas. You need to notify the immigration that if the applicant is inside Australia by completing the form1022 “change address Form”. When you meet all requirements, your case officer will require the applicant to depart from Australia in order to get the grant letter. You need to confirm the departure date/time and advise which overseas office you prefer to get visa evidencing.
As soon as the applicant depart from Australia, you should receive visa grant letter from your case officer.
I hope it’s can help you a bit. Good Luck. |
