位于墨尔本东南Clayton的一家发展迅速的手机配件公司招聘E-commerce assistant。主要在e-Commerce department和同事共同负责ebay网店和公司shopping cart 网站的产品更新，维护，销售和售后等。
可以熟练处理图片（photoshop，illustrator等），熟悉Html，Ftp。 工作细心，负责。
要求有澳洲本地学历，必须要有ebay实际操作经验，Computer science相关专业优先。详细描述如下，

Ideally the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
•        Great people skills
•        Ebay service /sales experience essential
•        A willingness to learn
•        Must also have comprehensive computer skills such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, FTP, Cpanel and other tools
•        Website design, management and maintenance or relavent experience is preferable
•        A patient, friendly and helpful manner
•        Someone who is self-motivated and charismatic
•        Someone with a high attention to details

Duties include:
•        Taking photos and list items to EBay & our online shopping cart.
•        Processing of EBay & Web Orders
•        Follow up of customer enquiries & orders
•        Taking & confirming payment of orders
•        Picking & packing orders for collection & mail delivery
•        Liaising with customers for order collection
•        Invoicing off customer orders upon collection
•        General Customer Service.
•        Liaising with sales departments and staff where required
•        Credits & warranty claims
