Ebay 问题请教

Ebay 新手上路，碰到n多问题：
1， 我在想开店时被提示， "active selling account".   是不是我必须先list 一个商品去卖或拍卖，以激活我的卖方帐户后，才可以开店？
2， 在我list第一个单品时，如何显示出postage calculator? 就是像有的卖家，通过输入不同的邮编，自动计算出邮费显示在postage

这部分是如何设定的？我尝试了很多窗口和功能，都提示我：“the postage is too big so the postage calculator does not apply to item"  , 无法实现这个postage calculator????
我尝试www.post.com.au 可以算出邮资， 但如何将这个postage calculator 放在商品处让买方输入所在邮编即自动算出邮资？
