This role is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Planning and Analysis in managing all P&L reporting including revenue and expenses, producing MIS and KPI reporting, and planning and analysis.

Your key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
·         Produce and distribute key KPI reporting in a timely and accurate manner
·         Perform all marketing and product reconciliations and ensure that reporting is consistent across all sales processes and investigate exceptions
·         Complete post campaign analysis reporting for all campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Distribution and analyse results      
·         Prepare monthly P&L reporting (including Flash and Month end)
·         Monthly revenue/expense management and analysis including premium/commissions, average ANR, attrition.
·         Manage all invoice payment, tracking, filing and accruals
·         Provide support on monthly business reviews and regional decks
·         Provide support on the budget and forecasting process
·         Develop new business reporting and consolidate / improve existing reporting to ensure that the team has timely, relevant and accurate information to inform key business decisions
·         Be the liaison point for 3rd party insurers for queries relating to financial or MIS matters
·         Management of ad-hoc projects to improve financial, analytical and marketing capability



Qualifications

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



·         CA/CPA (partly qualified)

·         Degree in an accounting / finance / stats related discipline

·         Effective communication skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Numerical acumen

·         Commercially minded

·         Analytical

·         Strong Excel and spreadsheet experience essential

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         2 / 3 years of MIS / finance experience

·         Excellent time management and prioritisation

Hi there,

I noticed that you are searching for financial or related function staff for your company, and seems like full-time one. I am quite interested in the job mentioned above.
