我是看申请表的第二页是这些写的If the child was born in australia, you will need to provide an original document that confirms one parent's Australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of the child's birth.然后表格的右边又有几项Proof of one parent's australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of the child's birth
-one parent's full australian birth certificate
-one parent's australian passport
-one parent's citizenship certificate
-one parent's permanent residencystatus
