都说28度信用卡的外汇汇率是多少？

大家都说这个可的外汇汇率好，不知哪位可以提供可靠的具体数据支持一下！谢谢！

他们的利率似乎是根据 xe.com

   Where xe.com has a midrate of 1.0231, 1.0124, 1.007 for 2,3,4/12.
   It is looking like an extra 2.5% margin now!??
   But just checked online, and have a transaction on 17/12 at 1.0160, which is good.
    Where can you check the mastercard rates? Ziggyboys link above does not work.‘

* ‘when i gave them a call, they said xe.com/ucc
   which is marginally worse than xe.com
   I was told this is the rate they use. Not mastercard rates, but xe.com/ucc
   I hope this helps a bit – dunno if you were looking at xe.com or xe.com/ucc.

我家“高层”的卡也受到啦，他们的速度很快呀.....网上申请，一个多周就发卡啦！

就是夫妻2张卡，提前转钱到一张卡，专门提现，另一张专门消费。如果只用1张，只能开始一次把钱都提了，或者多转当saving卡用。

但这个两卡系统不是指主卡和副卡吧？

主副卡一个账号，起不到我说的充分利用这个卡的优势的效果。这里说的就是用2张卡。

那不一定，小三也可以办一张。

没明白2张卡和一张卡的区别，如果我在一张卡里面提前多冲点钱。应该和2张卡一样用吧。

how can i apply an additional 28 degrees card? i already have one and want to get an additional one but could not find out the application form from their website...do i need to call them?

还不明白阿？这样你就没有享受信用卡的优越性阿，把它当saving卡用了。

谢谢！大概明白了，一张卡事先存钱进去，账户的balance是credit的，有需要的就取钱出来；如果只有一个账户，存的钱先用完才会用信用卡里面的额度。

是不是说 28度得信用卡如果提现（事先存钱而不是动用CREDIT）不需要手续费，国内任何ATM都行嘛？
还有我的卡半年没用就被停了，看来消费还是不行的。

不是吧？我的卡丢抽屉里好久了，偶尔用一次也是网上海外买东西。怎么通知你停掉的？
