Can people familiar with this suburb give some comments if it is worth this price?
It is close to train station but it is also next to pennant hill road which is a very noisy and busy road.
It is in a big complex around 120 apartments but if looking at the suburb, not many apartment like any suburb along pacific highway. Is this any advantage or not?
