Excavation of driveway in preparation for formwork and concreting.
Supply and install 100mm reinforced coloured concrete (53.20 m2) to the driveway as highlighted
on the plan. Concrete strength is 32mpa and F72 steel mesh for reinforcing. Finish is Parchem (Dulux
Avista) Concrete colour hardener as per selection below with a cove finish.

Note:
* Excludes Retaining Walls.
* Excludes footpath to side of Garage.
Supply and install plain concrete crossover (52.90 m2) as highlighted on the attached plan.
Concrete strength, depth and steel to be installed as per council specification.
Supply and install (2) concrete riser at approx. 850mm wide to Front Porch as highlighted on
attached plan. Finish to match driveway.
Supply and install drop edge due to finish floor level of the Garage (8 L/M). Drop edge required for
installation of driveway.
Application for council crossover and coordinate inspection by council.

2 - 1 Removal of 3 truck load of fill (36T) from the driveway. Any additional fill to be charged at $688.00
INC GST per load. Alternatively fill can be stockpiled for removal by owner.
2 - 2 Cut, remove and dispose of existing council footpath to install crossover.
2 - 3 Cut, dispose and install new layback for driveway opening due to existing kerb and gutter. (5.5
L/M).
2 - 4 Provide concrete pump due to restricted access, site conditions and/or council requirement.
2 - 5 Any request by council for rectification to the bitumen/asphalt is subject to a variation. Note Only
2 - 6 Driveway includes a same day prime and seal only. Prime and seal enables curing of concrete. It is
the clients responsibility to commence maintenance including sealing of driveway once concrete
has cured.
