想請教關於莫納什砍樹的規則， 我看到網站上説 “
MONAsh city council tree pruning and removal laws.
If you are NOT located within the Monash VPO zone, then you do not need Council permission to prune or remove a tree.”
是不是就是説在 VPO 外 樹都可以砍？ （除非保護樹種）
如果在 VPO
“A planning permit is required to remove a tree within a Vegetation Protection Overlay (VPO) zone in Monash, Victoria if the tree meets the following criteria:
The tree is taller than 10 meters
The tree's trunk has a circumference greater than 50 centimeters (16 centimeters in diameter) at a height of 120 centimeters above ground level ” 就是說直徑半米下 不用permit？
