The Company is a privately-owned consulting engineering practice located in Sydney CBD. We specialize in fire safety compliance of existing infrastructure and project management of a wide range of building services works in residential commercial and industrial buildings.

Our team is seeking for a full time Project Coordinator that entails the following responsibilities:

• Inputting information/data into an Excel generated report estimator

• Setting up and managing inspectors’ appointments and meetings into MS Outlook

• Processing of work order claims as required

• Manage daily document and process control for the project

• Ensure compliance with project and company quality procedures in all tasks

• Produce and distribute Meeting Minutes where required

• Client/Contractor Liaison

• Project and general Quality and Document Management/Control assistance

• Assist with preparation of presentations and reports

• Day-to Day coordination of project activities

• Project Status Reporting

• Organize couriers and deliveries

• Answering of incoming calls

Hour rate $25 to $30/hrs including Super.
