fact:
Jack was employed and received gross $100000 as salary last financial year, however, he had a small business over that time as well, and the business had a gross loss of $20000
question:is Jack able to offset the loss against the income for last financial year?(if the gross $100000 salary is the total assessable income for jack, regardless of any other income or deductions)
