大家好，去年打了一些零工。 总收入为$8300. tax withheld 为$262.请大家看一下还有没有机会可以退些税回来？

Allowable deduction 0 0
Taxable Income $8,300
Tax on taxable income $345
Tax withheld $262
Tax offset used $1,200
(low income available $1200)
Subtotal tax offset used $1,462
Estimated refund for 2008/2009 $1,117
问题关键是，我的 Tax withheld is lower than tax on taxble income.
Under such situation, Can I still get low income offset $1200 ? It seems that tax offset generally can not
creat refund ,right?
