VEGAN COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
Are you interested in learning easy, healthy ways
to cook planet friendly vegetarian food?
· Are you looking for healthy balanced recipes to
add to your vegetarian repertoire?
· Are you interested in learning some fundamentals
about vegetarian nutrition and the many ways a
vegan diet can enhance your health, the health of
your family and the health of our environment?
Then these cooking
demonstrations are for you!
Demonstrations include:
a side dish, main meal
and
dessert or sweet.
For $10 each
Sample the food, take home recipes, information
regarding the impacts of our diet on the climate and
how much emissions you could save with a plant
based diet!
