We are helping a Canbrerra government department looking for a senior sharepoint developer.
Location: Canbrerra
Contract role: long term contract(initial half year,long term contract for good performer)
Rate: 80-85 dollars per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Requirements: at least 2 years senior working experience
               PR or Citizen(as required by all government positions)
Leave away from home allowance would be applied if you are not living in Canbrerra.

Selection Criteria
Required
▪        Well-developed communication skills.
▪        Well developed time-management skills, with a sound ability to manage conflicting priorities.
▪        Strong desire and ability to constantly work to tight deadlines independently or as a team member with minimal supervision.

Technical skills
        Required
▪        Proven experience in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 environment.
▪        Proven ability in undertaking object-oriented design & development of n-tier web applications using Microsoft C#, ASP.NET, SQL Sever 2008, ADO.NET, HTML, Javascript, XML/XSL and Visual SourceSafe.
▪        Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory and its interface with other applications.
▪        Proven ability to rapidly understand new applications, software framework(s), and business/IT processes.
▪        Sound ability to produce technical documentation for internal use by the developers (design documentation, guidelines, etc).
▪        Experience in Rapid Application Development (RAD) Methodologies
Security Conditions
a.        Australian Federal Police (AFP) Police Records Check
[The check will be carried out only for successful candidates.]
Successful candidate(s) will be required to undergo an AFP Police Records Check.  This check will be arranged by the Department at the commencement of an engagement of a Contractor.  The Australian Government will meet the standard AFP cost.

Security Vetted Position
This position is a security cleared position and the successful candidates must be prepared to undertake a security clearance to (Highly Protected OR Protected). The Australian Government will meet the cost of vetting the candidate.
