 include only information relevant to job
 2-3 pages 15 yrs+
 summary of top skills and key achievement
 not a list of everything ever done
 write mostly about last 3 job 5-7 years
 employer wants to focus on you're currently doing
 
 skills get outdated and technology moves on quickly
 - remove date of birth nationality
 - take off any mention of references
 - not all employer ask to check referees
 different to each employer
 
 - shorten part of CV write about employment history
 - create new section with title "skills"
 - each skill, write down a couple of sentences what you did
 - achievement exceeded targets , receive commendations, awards, or even compliments
 
 cover letter show what can contribute tailor to needs
 
 take careful look at job advert
 mention at least two relevant skills and achievement
 
 what you say - how you say
 first few minutes of interview, appearance, manner
 chemistry - a huge part of decision
 
 interviewers believe that your appliance is outward manifestation of personality
 dress appropriately for industry
 
 best way to figure out what to wear
 1. visit office of chosen employer and stand outside
 watch people flow and take note of what they wearing
 however, managers may dress smartly that normally

 call organisation ask for dress code
 do not allow yourself to be fobbed off by receptionist. ask politely to secretary or PA. make sure not stand out for the wrong reason.
