感觉吃了肉以后的builder给的package都应该便宜点吧?比如某贴的xxx upgrade to waterfall.
我本来想volume builder建好房后,自己找人铺车道,前后院。这样因为量大可能可以bargain,而且同时铺,不会损坏车道。
但刚被告知,我得在签building contract前,自行向council申请。这样等于我要交两次费(builder+myself),这样就不美好了。
builder的车道套餐是$11000(如下),具体是9米within boundary和6.5米cross over.
9 x 5.5=49.5m2 color x $100(白菜价) = $4950
6.5 x 3.5=22.75m2 plain x $80(白菜价) = $1820
$11000-($4950+$1820)=$4230(这个差价是申请费 + margin)
这个计算合理吗?
感觉吃了肉以后的builder给的package还是可以的。
