今天不发ARORA的化妆贴, 来个减肥的调剂调剂
哥本哈根减肥食谱(13日)
第1 & 8日
早餐:黑咖啡加一块糖
中餐:2个煮鸡蛋,一个西红柿,适量水煮菠菜
晚餐:1块大牛排(加一点橄榄油煎熟,加少量盐和胡椒),生菜加橄榄油和柠檬拌食
第2 & 9日
早餐:黑咖啡加一块糖
中餐:1块大牛排(加一点橄榄油煎熟,加少量盐和胡椒),生菜加橄榄油和柠檬拌食
晚餐:一大片火腿,一大罐天然酸奶
第3 & 10日
早餐:黑咖啡加一块糖,1片面包
中餐:适量水煮菠菜,一个西红柿,一个水果
晚餐:2个煮鸡蛋,1片火腿,生菜加橄榄油和柠檬拌食
第4 & 11日
早餐:黑咖啡加一块糖
中餐:1个煮鸡蛋,一大根胡萝卜切碎生吃,少量液体奶酪
晚餐:1罐水果,一大罐天然酸奶
第5 & 12日
早餐:一大根胡萝卜切碎拌少量柠檬汁生吃
中餐:一大块鱼(最好是鳕鱼,烤或者加少量橄榄油煎食)
晚餐:1块大牛排(加一点橄榄油煎熟,加少量盐和胡椒),生菜加橄榄油和柠檬拌食,水煮西兰花
第6 & 13日
早餐:黑咖啡加一块糖
中餐:一大份鸡肉,生菜加橄榄油和柠檬拌食
晚餐:2个煮鸡蛋,一大根胡萝卜切碎生吃
第7日
早餐:一杯茶不加糖
中餐:一份熟肉,一个水果
晚餐:什么也不吃
注意事项:
1.一年只能实行一次,最佳开始时间为一个月经周期结束后的两周,效果最好!
2.要严格按照食谱所列食物来吃,一口别的东西都别碰,就是口香糖都不能嚼(否则前功尽弃哦)。同一日内的午餐和晚餐可以交换。
3.每天要喝至少2升水帮助排毒,水里可以加一点新鲜柠檬汁。
减肥效果:
实施这个减肥食谱满13天后,你可以恢复正常饮食(不要贪心,这个食谱一年内就只能吃这13天,否则有害身体健康),而你的体重会在之后的2周内继续下降。一般从实施食谱第1天开始到3--4周,体重平均可减7公斤。之后只要稍微注意不要暴饮暴食,体重不会反弹,代谢系统得到调整。

day 1 & 8
breakfast: mug of black coffee, one sugar
lunch: 2 hardboiled eggs,1 tomato,1 portion of cooked spinach
dinner: 1 big beef steak, lettuce with olive oil & lemon
day 2 & 9
breakfast: mug of black coffee, one sugar
lunch: 1 big beef steak, lettuce with olive oil & lemon
dinner: 1 big slice of ham, 1 big natural yogurt
day 3 & 10
breakfast: mug of black coffee, one sugar, 1 toast
lunch: 1 portion of cooked spinach, 1 tomato, 1 fruit
dinner: 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 slice of ham, lettuce with olive oil & lemon
day 4 & 11
breakfast: mug of black coffee, one sugar
lunch: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 big grated carrot, 1 small cottage cheese
dinner: 1 can of fruit, 1 big natural yogurt
day 5 & 12
breakfast: mug of black coffee, one sugar
lunch: 1 big lean fish with a bit of gravy
dinner: 1 big beef steak, lettuce with olive oil & lemon,brocolli
day 6 & 13
breakfast: mug of black coffee, one sugar
lunch: 1 big portion of chicken, lettuce with olive oil & lemon
dinner: 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 big grated carrot
day 7
breakfast: 1 mug of tea, no sugar
lunch: 1 portion of cooked meat, 1 fruit
dinner: BEING STRONG, NOTHING
fish - cod or trout
ham - cooked or smoked
only tiny bits of salt and pepper
mimimum 2 litres of water a day; water with lemon is fine
lunch can be swapped with dinner but only during the same day.
there is absolutely nothing else you can eat or drink except the listed meals, not even a chewing gum!
you can sleep a lot :)
effects - at least 7kg off gradually during 3-4 weeks starting day 1; regulated digestion for life if you do it once a year.
