求教悉尼JD网购后如何退货？

网购了一双adidas，发现size不对，想退了。因为是unisex，去店里试的是5，但是回家网购选的uswoen5，结果小了一号，从来没有在澳洲网站上买卖过，英文又不好！现在求助哪位好心人指点一下。我需要把发票放回鞋盒里吗？去邮局寄吗？费用是否自负？谢谢各位。

谢谢楼上回复。已经邮局退了很贵…我老公在Hype网站上查到的，paypal付款不能退店里。

邮费可以跟PayPal报销
