Job Descriptions:
l Implementing food safety policies
l Maximizing sales and profitability by driving service
l Identifying growth and cost reduction opportunities
l Being accountable for ensuring procedures are adhered to and maintained
l Managing all operational tasks associated with rostering, labor forecasting, budgets, ordering and stock rotation
Requirements:
- Self-initiated, driven and energetic
- Fluent in bothMandarin and English
- Passionate for service, food and quality
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- 2 years+ management experience in a fast-paced franchised environment
- Willingness to grow with a successful company and join a team of very talented people
- Capable of not just to 'manage' the people but develop and grow the team and business
Personal Attributes:
- Positive outlook and can do attitude
- Retain composure in pressuresituations
- Ability to form relationships at all levels
- Good communication skills
