CGT的问题！

马上要报税了，想问大家两个关于CGT的问题。

1. 如果公司关门了，比如TMR,ABS之类的，我能不能算到capital loss里面？
我想应该是可以的。

2. 如果你去年报税的时候是Capital loss -3000，今年你炒股赚了2000元。那么你报CGT的时候能不能把去年的一起加上去呢？（如果不可以的话你赚的2000元就要交税，如果可以的话，（-3000+ 2000 = -1000）那你今年就不要交税了。
我怎么记得好像是可以的，但是我问过同事他说不可以的。

you can by using third party share disposal companies.What they do is get you to fill out paperwork and you transfer shares to them. Then you can claim a loss for this financial year.

老西，前面我又仔细看了一下ATO网站，第一个好像应该算是可以的。

A CGT event also happens when:
an asset you own is lost or destroyed (the destruction may be voluntary or involuntary)
shares you own are cancelled, surrendered or redeemed
you enter into an agreement not to work in a particular industry for a set period of time
a trustee makes a non-assessable payment to you from a managed fund or other unit trust
a company makes a payment (not a dividend) to you as a shareholder
a liquidator or administrator declares that shares or financial instruments you own are worthless
you receive an amount from a local council for disruption to your business assets by roadworks
you stop being an Australian resident
you enter into a conservation covenant, or
you dispose of a depreciating asset that you used for private purposes.

TMR应该算是第一条。

我的VRE公司还在~~所以还不能算capital loss

说得没错， 没有公布正式完蛋之前是不能CLAIM CAPITAL LOSS的， 唯一有可能走掉的方法是把SHARES转给一个无关紧要的ENTITY来实现这个损失， 据说DELISTED.COM.AU是个受人钱财， 替人消灾的公司， 会收你费来帮你把S翘翘的股票买过去， 不过我个人没亲身体验过（我还在妄想VRE能给回我0.1C每股）。

看来每人手里都有这种。我的是vcr.
好不容易今年有个能用discount的gain,都让Loss给冲了。

以前看VCR的ANN， 觉得它的科技很牛的， 想不到最后还是在成功之前把CASH烧玩了。
