Position Title:Customer Service Officer, Administration
Location:        Melbourne
Reporting to:Team Leader, Customer Service

Provide support to the Administration (Operations) Centre, focussing on providing a Total Customer Service to Fund members and to the satisfaction of the Fund Trustees

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

&#8226;As part of the Operations Team, provide superior service to fund members and employers by completing daily administration tasks within service standards and quality measures:
&#8226;Assist the team in answering calls both internal and external.
&#8226rocess member and employer correspondence within policies, procedures and quality standards to assist the team in achieving the required standard in line with ISO 9002 requirements.
&#8226;Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, policy, procedural and quality requirements.
&#8226articipate as a positive member of the team by co-operating with others to achieve the team’s goals
&#8226;Minimise rework and suggest changes to improve quality/ efficiency to the team leader.
&#8226;Comply with company OH&S policy and procedure

Adaptability :Maintains effectiveness in varying environments; actively develops self to adapt to change.
Communication:Expresses ideas effectively in individual and group situations; uses and shares information resources effectively.
&#8226;Strong written and verbal communication skills
&#8226;Interpersonal skills
Customer Focus:Productively develops customer relations by understanding and responding to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Decision Making:Commits to action after analysing alternative courses of action; displays decisiveness.  Able to organise own work based on team goals and priorities
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Generates creative solutions to problems; looks for ways to improve services and processes.
Management        Plans, organises and manages work assignments effectively
