We are seeking an enthusiastic office assistant to work full-time.
现因需招聘以下职务
房产过户助理 (有经验者优先）
The role:
The day to day duties of the right candidate(s):
-Ability to work unsupervised.
-A passion for assisting clients through the conveyancing process.
-File management
-Searches titles and applies for certificates.
-Following files/diarising and setting tasks so that the sale/purchase runs smoothly
You:
-Have excellent written and oral communication skills;
-Have high attention to detail and quick learning ability;
-Have the ability to multi task and juggle competing priorities;
-Have the ability to work autonomously but also as part of the team;
The Company:
-Well established conveyancing firm.
Salary/rate on preferred hours and experience.
