在做contrator，还要继续做下去，中介公司一直在收我的管理费，想申请一个自己的公司，可是看到中介公司的说明里面有这样的要求

If you start a Company, you are required to take out workcover insurance for your employees. The amount of insurance will depend on how much wages/salary your pay.
Public liability insurance is another insurance you should take out to protect you and your business against the financial risk of being found liable to a third party for death or injury, loss or damage of property or ‘pure economic’ loss resulting from your negligence.
These are all part of running a business.
