我IT刚刚毕业，上周五面试猫本一家IT工司后，今天收到manager回信表示愿意给我offer，可是我准备3-9到3-14号在国内看望父母，机票都订好了，现在公司（非IT）还有一些事我也要处理，马上上班有点赶，他们的技术框架我还不是很熟悉，他们的技术主管说会发一个required skill list给我，现在还没发。
请问各位足友，我能不能回信说一个月以后上岗（3.18， Monday），因为现在公司的事情要了结，与此同时新公司的新技术也尽快学习，实话实说。谢谢各位了，祝各位春节快乐！！

Thanks for taking the time to come in for your interview at ***. The team were really impressed with your interview and would love to offer you a position with us. We can negotiate a start date that works well for you, do you have any suggestions? Once we have this i will draw up a formal contract for you
