Hi everyone,
I have a very large fully furnished bedroom, suitable for couples, available in Eastwood. The room is lockable with keys.
The house is only 6 minutes walk to Eastwood station, which has a large number of shops, supermarkets and restaurants; and bus stops within half a minute walk.
There are direct buses to Macquarie University, Macquarie shopping centre and Top Ryde shopping centre.
There are also fast express trains from Eastwood station to the city.
The room is furnished with a queen bed, study table and a chair, with a large built-in wardrobe with sliding full length mirrors.
All utilities (water, electricity, gas) and unlimited wireless ADSL2 internet is included in the rent.
Looking for a long term tenant - 6 month minimum stay
Looking for a clean, tidy and responsible person to share with other clean, tidy and responsible housemates.
